We are seeking sites located in established premium suburbs and residential growth corridors which have Development Approval in place or are suitably zoned for childcare.
Attributes required to be considered:
- Existing office or showroom buildings with onsite car parking and 800-1500sqm of GFA, single and two levels considered, plus any basement
- Land within new Master Planned Estates in growth corridors of capital cities 2000-3000sqm or smaller if higher density/townhouse estates
- Residential amalgamations of houses which can be renovated or demolished to allow a new centre
