We are seeking sites located in established premium suburbs and residential growth corridors which have Development Approval in place or are suitably zoned for childcare.

Attributes required to be considered:

  • Existing office or showroom buildings with onsite car parking and 800-1500sqm of GFA, single and two levels considered, plus any basement
  • Land within new Master Planned Estates in growth corridors of capital cities 2000-3000sqm or smaller if higher density/townhouse estates
  • Residential amalgamations of houses which can be renovated or demolished to allow a new centre

ACP was formed in response to the strong growth that is currently being experienced within the Childcare Industry.

ACP acknowledges that there is a lack of high quality childcare education available in certain areas of Australia, and through disciplined and thorough exploration ACP have identified locations where a new purpose built centre or refurbishment program would hugely benefit children and their families and provide an opportunity to awaken the love of learning.

ACP targets areas in which there is an undersupply of childcare places or current centres are tired and run down. All centre locations are highly visible in the community as we ensure all sites are close to current infrastructure, schools, shops, residential and business hubs and arterial roads, making high quality care more accessible for a larger number of families.

To ensure our Centres are optimally designed, built and fitted out to the highest quality, ACP through its development arm, SQM Developments, project manages the design, construction or refurbishment processes on behalf of the property owner.
